What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is a fun and creative self-explorative and self-expressive process created by Seena B. Frost. Using your intuition and imagination, you create your own unique deck of collaged cards, where each card reflects your personal journey, relationships, values, purpose, etc.

 

Through journaling, visualization, and other activities, you are invited to step deeper into each card and discover how it relates to your inner and outer worlds. And through intuitive inquiry, the deck becomes a resource to access your inner wisdom needed navigate more smoothly through daily life.

All you need to get started are a few magazine images, scissors, glue, and a matboard/table.
